Hill Country Collective (HCC) Youth Mountain Bike Team is a year-round mountain biking program serving student-athletes in grades 4–12 throughout Dripping Springs, Wimberley, Blanco, and Johnson City. Our mission is simple: Ride. Grow. Give Back. Through seasoned coaching, small ride groups, and a supportive team environment, we help young riders build fitness, confidence, resilience, leadership, and healthy friendships. Whether your child is brand new to mountain biking, looking to improve their skills and endurance, or interested in racing in the NICA Texas and TMBRA race series, HCC provides a safe, fun, and welcoming place to grow both on and off the bike. We believe mountain biking is about more than racing—it’s about developing strong bodies, resilient minds, and great people while exploring some of the best trails in the Texas Hill Country.

At the heart of HCC is a love for riding. Whether you’re into mountain, gravel, road, or just starting out, nothing matches the joy of spending time on two wheels—building skills, exploring new challenges, and experiencing freedom, friendship, and fun on curated trails that make every ride a great experience —together as a community of riders.

At HCC, growth goes beyond the bike. Whether you’re just starting out or pushing your performance, cycling helps you grow stronger, fitter, and more confident with every ride. And the benefits don’t stop there — cycling also boosts mental health, relieves stress, sharpens focus, and builds balance and resilience for life on and off the bike.

Cycling is more than just riding — it’s about giving back and making an impact. From maintaining trails and volunteering in the community to sharing knowledge and supporting causes, we keep the sport thriving and accessible. At HCC, we believe every rider has a role to play, and together we not only grow cycling — we strengthen the community around it.
